You have to be patient (which I know is hard) cause it takes a month to start being super effective but if you stick with it, its the best thing ever. A Dane here: as a journalist the only way i could cope with the trauma of coming of the pill was to make a video about it. Its been awhile since I came off of birth control but at first I felt great because I kind of felt like it was making me blah. My doctor finally started me on spironolactone which is usually used for blood pressure and occasionally heart failure. My skin has been awful, the hair loss has definitely calmed down in the last 10/15 days but the acne is still there and the hair is still so greasy!! I do this so that my face is moisturized in the shower and doesnt get striped from oils. If not I HIGHLY recommend you look into it.
